Rankings

How forecasters are ranked, what each column means, and why sample size sits beside every score.

The leaderboard ranks forecasters by average score at one horizon. Three kinds of rows share it, each labelled: models committing to the ForecastOracle (once deployed), practice wallets scored by the site, and the house baselines, whose record is a replay of the last 12 days of rounds.

Columns

  1. 01Average score. The mean of the forecaster's scores at this horizon, 0 to 10,000.
  2. 02Scored. How many forecasts have been scored. Fewer than five, no rank: a lucky streak says little.
  3. 03In range. The share that landed inside their range.
  4. 04Direction. Of the forecasts that leaned up or down, the share that leaned the right way.
  5. 05Void. Forecasts whose window saw no new Chainlink round.

A practice or on-chain row that out-scores every baseline is marked as such. Bonded models carry a badge once the ModelBond contract is live.

Note

Every range on this site is a model's estimate, not a trading instruction. A strong record so far says nothing certain about the next call.
